JOB BRIEF

• Citics is a technology platform which provides different stakeholders in real estate-banking ecosystem (i.e. buyers, sellers, banks, sales agents) with real-time, transparent, reliable information for them to transact more effectively and efficiently. C-Value is the first tech-based service offered by Citics and is gaining popularity in Vietnam banking system. It helps Citics to become a pioneer in property valuation with big data analysis. Citics also plans to leverage our proprietary database to provide tech-based brokerage services in Vietnam in the immediate future.
• The senior QC position will be responsible for controlling and managing the output quality of the company’s products based on the requirements of the Board of Directors and Project Management Board. Collaborate and communicate concurrently with members of the development and operations teams throughout the process of building and deploying products to Citics users.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITY

• Analyze and learn based on product documentation requirements.
• Understand and track defects and issues in product based test cases, document requirements.
• Write/design test cases based on requirements and their implementation.
• Record and report errors to team developers

MUST SKILLS

• Have at least 2 – 3 years of experience as a QC/Tester or equivalent role.
• Experience in understanding and analyzing documents and requirements. Flaws in the original design and requirements can be discovered.
• Experience using test case management tools, bug finding tools: Redmine, Bugzilla, Mantis, Testlink or JIRA.
• Collaborate with other team members and participate in product requirements meetings to understand the product’s purpose. Contribute information on product feasibility in terms of testing. Estimate testing time for the product
• Good teamwork and information exchange skills.

PREFER TO HAVE

• Have experience testing API, knowledgeable about software and testing tools.
• Ability to analyze and solve problems.
• Have thinking ability and sense of responsibility.
• Able to manage time and work.
• Have skills to research and learn new technology when necessary.
